Synopsis : A tenente Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) cometeu suicidio para não permitir que o governo levasse um monstruoso alienígena para o nosso planeta. Mas, após 200 anos, em uma nave espacial, ela acorda e descobre que cientistas a ressuscitaram através da clonagem, conseguiram com sucesso retirar a rainha dos alienígenas de seu corpo. A intenção ter um exército de aliens que, acreditam eles, possam controlar. Durante este processo o DNA da tenente misturado com o da rainha e ela desenvolve algumas características alienígenas. Os pesquisadores começam a criar os aliens, mas estes logo escapam, provocando terror e morte. Como a nave está rumando para a Terra, eles precisam ser detidos o quanto antes, principalmente pelo fato da rainha ter tido uma nova ninhada, que poderá significar o fim dos humanos.
